Simpósio Jurídico Sul-Brasileiro debateu Fomento Comercial, Securitizadoras e Fundos de Investimentos na visão do Poder Judiciário.
Ministros do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ) e desembargadores das regiões Sul e Sudeste do Brasil marcaram presença no Simpósio Jurídico Sul-Brasileiro, evento organizado na sexta-feira (10/08/2018) pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná (TJ-PR), Associados dos Magistrados do Paraná (Amapar) e Escola da Magistratura do Paraná (Emap) no Auditório Pleno do TJ-PR.
De finalidade cultural e aberto a juízes, magistrados advogados e estudantes da Escola da Magistratura do Paraná e outras universidades e instituições de ensino de Direito, além de empresários dos setores envolvidos, o simpósio teve como tema o fomento comercial, securitizadoras e fundos de investimento na visão do Poder Judiciário. “É importante para todo esse publico conhecer como os ministros do STJ estão interpretando a legislação da área, como os processos estão sendo julgados , as jurisprudências, o que poderá contribuir em futuras ações e pleitos”, destacou Jurandyr Souza Junior, desembargador aposentado do TJ-PR, consultor do Sinfac-PR e um dos organizadores do simpósio.
O Ministro Humberto Eustáquio Soares Martins, atual vice-presidente do STJ, abriu o evento, numa mesa comandada pelo Desembargador Arquelau Araújo Ribal, presidente em exercício do TJ-PR. Entre os palestrantes, destacaram-se o Ministro do STJ Luis Felipe Salomão, que falou sobre direito cambiário e fomento comercial; o Ministro do STJ Villas-Bôas Cueva e a Dra Ana Tereza Basílio, professora da Fundação Getúlio Vargas, que debateram sobre cessão civil de crédito, endosso e fomento comercial; e o Dr. Luiz Lemos Leito, presidente da Associação Nacional de Fomento Comercial (Febraf), que apresentou as perspectivas para a área do fomento comercial. Ao final do evento, houve homenagens aos Ministros do STJ Sergio Luiz Kukina e Felix Fischer (representado por seu filho, o juiz Fernando Bardelli Fischer), ambos com carreira no direito paranaense.
O Simpósio Jurídico Sul-Brasileiro teve o apoio da Anfac, Febraf, Sinfac-PR, Sinfac-SC, Sinfac-RS, EJS – Consultoria e TI, Itaipu Binacional e Copel Telecom.
