Os pedidos de falência no País caíram 29,6% em janeiro deste ano em relação a dezembro e cederam 2,7% no acumulado de 12 meses finalizados em janeiro, conforme a Boa Vista.
Nessa base de comparação, as falências decretadas registraram queda de 13,4%. Os pedidos de recuperação judicial e de recuperações judiciais deferidas recuaram 8,2% e 6,4%, respectivamente, em 12 meses até janeiro.
Em nota, a equipe da Boa Vista afirma que o recuo nos pedidos de falência e recuperação judicial no acumulado de 12 meses até janeiro deve-se à melhora nas condições econômicas desde 2017, que permitiu às empresas apresentarem sinais mais sólidos nos indicadores de solvência.
